Season Two begins airing December 6th, 2005 on the Travel Channel.

America’s melting pot simmers some strange stuff. And actor and comedian Mark DeCarlo is just the guy to sniff out its interesting, funny and plain weird ingredients on the Travel Channel’s program, Taste of America.

From shaved ice and Spam in Hawaii to Rocky Mountain buffalo; -cacti foods- in Arizona; chitterlings in South Carolina; and hot brown in Louisville, Ky., DeCarlo’s big personality bursts into regional kitchens to uncover the how and why of their culinary specialties and delicacies.
